It's a tool that is perfect to assess every single area of your life; where you are and how satisfied you are. Once it's in front of your eyes:
1. It may not look as bad as it seems.
2. You may find out what the priority is; the one little thing that would have ripple effects on other life areas of your life.
Through this episode, I share some guiding questions to help you get started hoping you'll gain some clarity about your current situation and give you some keys or ideas to start bringing balance back into your life.
