Gigi has been farming since he was 12 years old and taught Organic Farming at a University and a Technical College in the province of Quebec for 15 years. We talk about his experiences and history of farming as well as his primary project with over 1200 farmers integrated into a community around Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick.
