Sleep is the most important part of your day. But what is good sleep hygiene?
If you're not sleeping well you just don't have the resilience to deal with any problems that may arise in your day. In today's episode we are talking about what a good night's sleep is and what some of the things that can go wrong with sleep and then make some suggestions about how to sleep better.
A good night's sleep is not just putting your head on the pillow and in this episode we will outline why this is so and provide some suggestions to make a good night sleep happen through practicing good sleep hygiene, creating the right environment and ensuring that you are breathing well.
Sleep well, breathe well, eat well and you will probably be well.
