Sometimes you just couldn't be fucked to do something. Maybe there's a pile of clothes that needs to go away, or you haven't been to the gym in a week. You just DON'T WANT TO DO IT, but you feel sooooo bad for not doing the thing. You beat yourself. Feel guilty and you end up sabotaging yourself.

I'm here to tell you that sometimes you just DON'T NEED TO DO THE THING. Sometimes you need to honour the slower periods, pun intended.
