Welcome! Today's episode is an interview between myself and an anticipated co-teacher! She's asking lots of questions to build our relationship as co-teachers! We’re planning to work together this upcoming fall. This episode is us talking about intentionally preparing to have English language learners, or in this case Multilingual learners, in her integrated ENL/ELA classroom.  This is part one of two of our conversation!  This half is a great overview of all things ENL related for NYS.  It’s mostly focused on her “burning questions” as I like to call… all those things that are on her mind as an integrated co-teacher!  Most importantly it’s about setting up the classroom for success to be kind and inclusive of everyone’s needs!  She plans to do this with a positive morning meeting each day!  I’m so excited to work with her and I hope our conversation inspires positive conversation between you and your current and/or future co-teachers!
