#8 How Magnax Raised €20m in Funding with Daan Moreels
In this episode, we welcome Daan Moreels, co-founder of Magnax, on the Beyond the Blend podcast.
Glenn asks Daan all about finding investors, being able to handle hearing more nos then yeses, and taking an opportunity when you see it.
Daan also underlines the importance of setting the right priorities in order not to burn through your raised funds too quickly or, even worse, on the wrong things!
Magnax just raised 20m euros in funding for their axial flux “pancake” electric motors. Magnax’s mission is to accelerate the innovation of EV powertrains and aerospace propulsion systems. The proceeds of the funding round will be used to accelerate product development, grow the engineering team, and expand support for customers and partners.
