Many of us are living lives that are not entirely our own creation. Through no fault of our own we fall into the trappings of the ego and are given identities in which are not our own. In this episode I discuss the concept of polarity and review the concepts of identity and ego that we have discussed in prior episodes. By the end of this podcast one should be able to have a better control over who they are and who they want to become in the future.
