How do you uncover them and most importantly:
How can you upgrade or even let go of some of your limiting beliefs?
Grab your pen and paper and get ready for some new and empowering beliefs goddess or god ;)
Here the questions in order to overcome your limiting beliefs:
1. Write down all your limiting beliefs and stories you tell yourself
2. When was the first time you experienced this? Or heard it? Who said it? What was the situation?
3. What's the price your paying for holding on to this belief? (Get into the detail and see the impact it has not just on yourself but maybe also your loved ones)
4. What belief would you love to believe in order to feel empowered?
5. This is your new morning mantra, babe!
