Last Friday I was in a car crash where my car lost control in the wet weather and I spun out of control smashing the front and back of my car completely. I'm safe, with some little bruising but I learned some really valuable lessons I want to share with you today. Today I was feeling very odd, slightly low and emotionally blocked so wanted to knowledge share my experiences and what they have taught me.
