Sore loser Yuri Grom has sparked a conflict after it became clear he could not win the ongoing mining initiative.

Grom is failing to deliver enough Platinum to the people of LP 855-34, and it seems inevitable that the system will be won by Grom's bitter Rival, President Winters, whose deliveries of Platinum have been far more satisfactory.
