Is there adequate time to learn, prepare, practice or make improvements in the areas where you are the weakest? What is your next best step for improvement?
4. Create a few major benchmarks for yourself to indicate and measure improvement. "By such and such date, you will need to have improved by evidence of what?" 5. START TAKING THE NEXT BEST STEP NOW!
