To help determine the difference between hemispherical styles, the Boozy Biddies compare two grape varietals with two different styles from two different regions: Chenin Blanc from South Africa and France plus Malbec from Argentina and France. Many grape varietals benefit well in both hemispheres but can show many differences if done in an old world (European) style or new world (every other wine region).
