Part of well-being is what you put into your body.....
Kate offers education through the role of food and nutrition to our holistic wellbeing, liver care, liver support, liver function, healthful diets, and the connection diet has to our mental health and gut health. Working through Government based programs that she has helped create, Kate provides skill-based workshops where people are taught how to cook, budgeting, recipe design and changeability, the use of ingredients, knife skills and how best we can share in that food together. Providing everyone with the recipes she has written so they can continue to learn and cook at home.
Kate passionately believes that diet and nutrition is an essential factor in health care. To provide a holistic approach to health care, we must marry nutrition to all healthcare practice. In return the possibility to synchronise it to our holistic wellbeing follows regardless of definition, culture, background, socio-economic status, health or lack thereof. It does not have to be complicated yet have the capacity to compliment any given circumstance.
