In episode 8 we talk to Omar Alshogre, Survivor of the infamous Saydnaya Prison in Syria. He was imprisoned as a child and tortured for 3 years untill he was released and fled to Sweden. Now he is an activist trying to create a positive change in Syria by raising awareness and action on what is happening. He is traveling the world helping drive political action to make a change.
In this episode we talk about his story, his time before, during and after his imprisonment and what is happening now.
