This episode is a deeply personal journey that I decided needed to be shared early on for multiple reasons: 1) It is currently a big part of my life and 2) the podcast would not be a real entity if I had not gone through this journey. In this episode I am sharing with you my fertility journey, including all of the bumps and barriers along the way, the highs and lows, and the various treatments I tried. A big part of my journey, includes finally diving into the integrative health world, which changed my life for the better (both physically and for my mental well-being)! I share all of that with you in this episode and the following episode as well.
