In this episode, we're joined by women's health physiotherapist Kath Baquie from Fitness Mama to give us a rundown on how our pelvic floor and constipation are related.

- Common pelvic floor issues 
- The proper way to sit when doing a poo 
- How constipation and pelvic floor are related

Particularly after you've had your baby, pelvic floor health may be weaker and you're at higher risk for constipation - so working on both ends (physiotherapy and nutrition) can play a big role in managing it!
