Back in 2020 I was pregnant with my first baby during lockdown and it was a very tough time. I was extremely anxious but I got through it and so will you! On today’s episode I share my experiences such as having my antenatal appointments via phone call instead of face to face, not being allowed to leave the house unless it was to buy food or exercise, having no toilet paper, travelling overseas, what book helped me the most and much more.
