Believing in myself. I’ve been working to cultivate a stronger belief in myself in my years as a young adult. It’s an everyday practice. I spend a lot of time practicing awareness and following 3 steps: Recognizing when I feel off. Realizing the lie in the story I’m telling myself. Reframing it so that I can move forward. I don’t like it when I’m weighed down for long periods of time because of my own negativity. There’s plenty in the world already. Believing in myself is especially crucial when I push myself into discomfort- when I ask more of myself because I choose to not live on auto-pilot.
