Every year we get a group of riders in the peloton who take the next step up in their careers and put their names in the consciousness of cycling fans. We've created a list of 8 riders that we believe can breakout in 2020 and raise their stock in the World Tour.

Some of these riders are making the jump to the World Tour in 2020, some have signed with new teams, and some have been riding with their top level teams for a few years, but all of them are in prime situations to have their best seasons yet.
