Is self-care even appropriate in the middle of chaos?  In this episode we talk about what self-care looks like during times of crisis and how it is drastically different than what self-care looks like day to day. 

  • Keep your routines in place as best as you can. 
  • know that the reason we practice self-care is so we can be better equipped during times of crisis.
    • When you are preserving your well being on the regular, people will be in awe of your ability to stay calm and grounded during times that most cannot.
