We start off with a new segment called “I recommend” and dive right  into our episode on sleep (4:15)! We chat about how it’s been helping us and how we use our sleep schedule as a tool. Sleep can be something we take for granted to “buy” us some more time, but, we find that sleep is really helping us to stay on track regardless if we finished our to-do list or not!
