We visit a small isolated island on Lake Erie which once housed thousands of Confederate soldiers. Some say they never left the island.

We travel the towering structure built of brick and iron that once held Ohio's most dangerous criminals in its towering cell blocks. Although the inmates are all gone, somethings stayed behind once the doors were locked in 1990.
