Following the mental health campaign by the Prince William, Prince Harry & Catherine they advised it all starts with a small conversation about mental health. With my guest Antwaine who is host of Wyle TV, Wyle House General on FB and the owner of a cleaning company we start the discussion of mental health. What it means to us, the stigma, opening up, how we cope, tips and advise on how to start the small conversation about Mental Health. By having small conversations it will eventually lead to bigger conversations.
