In a memo last week, two representatives from Pennsylvania, one republican and one democrat, created a proposal to lower the driving age to 15, under the pretense of age discrimination and extending job opportunities. America, hear me when I say, this has nothing to do with age and opportunities and has everything to do with an old system vs a new one, let’s talk about it.
