In episode 8, Keano and his sister Tess Kearnan join forces to record the first podcast in Townsville following Keano's trek north. Tess comes on to talk the struggles of juggling full-time work with full-time university and work placement. Tess studies a bachelor of social work and discusses her passion for working with troubled youth and the challenges of working as a youth worker at the detention center. Keano and Tess tell a number of childhood stories including the time they stomped on a real estate agents seat belt to choke him, the time Tess got caught stealing a lollipop from her primary school teacher so Keano could have one and the things they did to annoy their parents on long car trips. Keano and Tess answer a number of questions about each other, fond memories of being on the receiving end of parental discipline and talk about their disastrous first week of living together in Brisbane.
