The Pied Piper of Hamelin is the name of a legendary folktale about the Pied Piper who came to the rescue of a small little German town called Hamelin! The Pied Piper was hired by the town to use his magic pipe to stop the rat pandemic (not too dissimilar to the Covid-19 Pandemic). However, when the town's mayor refused to pay for the Pied Piper's services, the Pied Piper took revenge and used the magic pipe once more to take the town's children away forever!
