It’s teacher appreciation week ya’ll!

 In today’s episode I want to remind you something that has such great power but is something we may not be doing enough of for each other.  Encouragement.  Support.  Praise.  The power of positivity and encouragement has a ripple effect.  When you put it out there, it comes back to you.

I challenge you each day to reach out to a colleague and give them a specific praise related to their teaching.  Watch what it does.
