Everybody has realized the importance and the role of Telecommunications sector in the current moment that we are living. Many of us have managed to maintain our studies and jobs thanks to connectivity.

But who is making this whole system work? And how are they working?

Michelle Bastos, CTIO Governance Director of TIM Brasil, spoke more about how Telecommunications professionals were reorganized to continue guaranteeing the freedom that connectivity provides to all users.

She also talks about how this unique moment within the sector has been, how 5G and new service opportunities have emerged and may arise, such as, for example, working in a post-pandemic world.
