She's not talking about spending a lot of money on ads. In fact, it's the exact opposite. Martha says it only takes a few steps with little or no money to grow an audience organically. She built the roadmap for it and now she has thousands of students and followers joining her community. In this episode, Martha provided valuable advice on how to increase your SEO on your website to increase traffic.

As someone with extensive marketing experience, Martha also shares what she has learned from the books she has read on the concept of reciprocity. Robert Chaldini, Martha's favorite author, taught her the importance of the act of service to others. If you want to gain more loyal customers, serving them is the first step, then it will eventually be reciprocated, says Martha. 

Additionally, Martha also provided some tips on how one should view their business. One of their strategies? Start looking at things from the end and then reverse engineer the whole process. Martha also recommends her employees to take personality tests to gauge where they're at and what they can do better.
