[[:encoded, "Business professionals like you know that goal setting is vital. But sometimes, the process may feel overwhelming, or perhaps it just hasn’t worked well for you in the past. Have no fear. You will find the eight helpful tips I’m sharing with you to help you meet your goals. These go beyond the basics of goal setting, like brainstorming, writing your goals down, and creating an action plan. So, let’s go!\n\n1.\tPrioritize listening. And by being self-assured, your team has a reason to look up to you. Then, they’re more inspired to work, creating a productive and trusting atmosphere that leads to high achievement. \n\n4.\tGuide your team like a coach. You may have had a favorite coach growing up.
