As I enter my 30's, I wanted to reflect back on everything I have learned in the past decade. I wanted to imagine writing a letter to my 20-year-old self and share with him my "Success Principles". Ray Dalio, the biggest hedge fund manager in the world recently released a book called, "Principles" where he shares his success secrets with the world. I decided after reading his book that each decade I too will release my own version of my success Principles.
