In episode 8, we discuss the how’s and why’s of transparency and vulnerability. Being open and honest with church family is often appealing in theory, but we understand that sometimes the journey of getting there can be challenging and uncomfortable. Questions such as “how much to share” “who to share with” “how do I even start” can easily become discouraging. That is why in this episode we share practical ways of connecting with and creating a culture of vulnerability with your church family and some of the many ways we have seen the fruit of this in our own lives.
