Susan Stibler is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Certified International Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), a nationally Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), holding a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education with a minor in dance. She is also a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist (California College of Ayurveda), a Wise Earth Ayurveda instructor, an iRest Yoga Nidra level II teacher, an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner, an Attunement practitioner, and a certified Qi-Gong instructor.
