From the United Nations, to the G20, to the Vatican, Vikas Pota has spent the last decade redefining education by creating awareness on the importance of teachers and their profession. He pioneered the widely known 'Global Teacher Prize' - considered by many to be 'The Oscars' of the teaching profession. 

In this frank conversation, we chat about how Vikas shifted careers from banking, to consulting and finally to education. He outlines the importance of relationships and how that helped him to get hired by a client, as their CEO. Vikas also opines on the future of work, studying from home and what skills we will all need in the future.
