Constantly stretching our comfort zone and being vulnerable can lead to tremendous growth, but it can also burn me out! Today I riff on my theory of “vulnerability fatigue” as inspired by the great Brene Brown’s work on this important topic area. Is it time to take a “rest day?” from being so vulnerable, just like we take rest days from working out? If so, how do we know when it’s fatigue and not fear? Hmmmm.
