Elliott sits down with his friend Holly Buhlman (@aslongasitsnotchallening) to discuss a season of deep change  both of them experienced right before the pandemic. Understanding that love is also knowing when to say when, Holly describes her harrowing journey to individual freedom, hope, and fulfillment by means of letting things go. The pair acknowledge that sometimes the cost of New Beginnings can be high but, if done with focused intention, are always worth it!!!
