Break Thru Kru is a podcast where individuals discuss self-improving techniques in an effort to consciously grow toward whom they're meant to be today.  Our host, Brandi,  shares her life experiences while exploring her inner self and traveling around as a digital nomad in her RV. Finding like-minded individuals can be challenging, and we are here to break the labels that society has placed on us today. From personal thoughts and opinions on controversial topics to group chats to a variety of special guests. Break Thru Kru is creating a community where expressing yourself is more than okay… even if you’re not okay.  In Thai, the literal meaning of Kru is "teacher" or "instructor". Kru is life. It's slang for the existential force that makes up our lives as we know it. Without Kru, we would be lost. Without break thrus, who would we be?
