In this week's episode we talk about the new California law, AB 1228 which raises the minimum wage to $20.00 as of April 1, 2024 at all fast food restaurants with 60 units or more in their portfolio.

We take a look at both sides of this issue and try and gauge the impact this new law will have on restaurant companies in California and talk about what this could mean for the industry overall if other states follow suit.
