Tash Menon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mash, a global creative technology company that curates bespoke teams specific to your brand and brief. The teams of ‘mashers’ sit across 31 countries and support incredibly cool projects.

Tash shares her journey of starting the business, facing her fears about this and how her own mindset has changed as the business grows. Her story is incredible and highly admirable, given that the business was previously bootstrapped (self-funded) and continues to grow and have a tremendous impact.
