It has become beyond apparent that a “tough on crime” approach proves more detrimental than beneficial to society. To further explore this, I am joined by high-profile criminal barrister, Queen's Council, and author of “Justice on Trial”, Chris Daw QC, who offers his thoughts on what measures need to be taken to reform a tragically devolved justice system.

Bio: Chris Daw QC was called to the Bar in 1993 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2013.
