To forgive doesn't mean we forget-oh no, contraire.
We forgive to heal. To grieve the incident.
The goal is to step outside of the drama triangle-stop being the victim and choose to be victorious.
How do you do that? It begins with mindset. It begins with captivating your thoughts. It begins with stirring your emotion stop.
Think about what you're thinking about you have stinking thinking, identify your thoughts.
Why do you believe what you believe?
Is it something you were told the way you were brought up?
Or is it do you truly believe it and why?
Stop.
Think.
Identify.
Recognize...
