OK I call her "the Legend" for many reasons - but when someone has been and entrepreneur in your industry for over 30 years you KNOW they have value to bring, right?
Kim Tank HAS been in the industry for over 30 years in California with Apronstrings Pet Sitting. She has ALSO spent a large amount of time educating herself on human resources processes, rules, and regulations and now backs it up with a specialty certification in HR. She brings that expertise to YOU with Staffingstrings - a consulting business for other pet sitting companies that are looking to hire a team, convert from ICs to employees, or have their own HR processes evaluated.
