I’m so excited that you want to take you self-confidence into your own hands and start making changes TODAY!
What’s #missunderstood? you are born with confidence and you cannot build it – wrong! One of my most FAQs is “Kellie how did you get so confident?” I promise, I wasn’t born with a lot of confidence. My confidence came from parents who empowered me, friends who supported me, and continuing to challenge myself as an adult. When I failed, I learned, picked myself up, & kept going because I knew it would make me better.
In this episode, I want you to UNLEASH the idea that you cannot build your confidence overtime + start attacking this area of your life today. I’m going to break down confidence-building over a 9 week process, starting with Day 1 and assisting you weekly. This isn’t meant to be easy, which is why I consider it a personal challenge.
