Let’s face it, no one likes to talk about debt especially their own. However, almost 80% of us have some form of debt. If debt is such a massive issue though, then why are we not serious about resolving it. In our culture you have to have credit, to get into debt, to then build your credit based on credit lines, to show you’re responsible, to then build your credit score and get into more debt. This is a vicious cycle that is so easy to get trapped by, but just because you master managing your credit score, doesn’t mean you actually manage money well.
