Rob Connoley came to St Louis last year by way of New Mexico. For many years, he owned the Curious Kumquat in Silver City, New Mexico.

Last fall, he opened Squatter's Cafe in the KDHX building. It is a breakfast and lunch spot in the heart of Grand Center. His other project is opening a nighttime restaurant, which will be called Bulrush (another word for cattails).
