The Alto Alliance has carved out a much needed niche in urban retail. These two ladies have brought the vision to life! Their services help to eliminate retail thefts from community stores. Alto Alliance is helping mom/pop stores as well as chain stores in the community, stay in the community while also assisting the police in keeping down retail crimes.
