On January 26th, 2019 I suffered a spinal cord injury at my C7 vertebrae. The technical term for my condition is "quadriplegia." I push a manual wheelchair and have 1 properly working, though weak, hand. I run an ice dyed apparel business with my wife called Ohio Drip, I have this podcast, I recently became a mentor with the Christopher and Dana Reeves Foundation, and I work full time. Life has become colorful. 

This is the audio from a presentation I gave about my story and how I shifted my mindset from one of "why me?" to "Why Not Me?" Why can't I figure out a way to play and have fun even though I feel like a young kid stuck on the porch in timeout.
