When I first started my podcast my message was “ how to create a prosperous life”.  This message resonated with me in the beginning but throughout the time of having the podcast and inviting more guests on I found there was a common theme and message with everyone.  The message is being authentic. We all know that sometimes it can be challenging to be your authentic self.  So I thought why not dedicate a whole podcast to people sharing their stories of how they came to live their authentic life to inspire others?   I know when I started my Journey to authenticity I had to do all the research for myself and I was going based on no knowledge on how to do so. My Goal with this podcast revamp is to help you start  to gain tools to start living a more authentic life.  I believe that it only takes one moment to change your life and this can be your moment.  If you are struggling with feeling like there are habits, friends, relationships in your life that just don’t feel authentic to you. This podcast will help give you more tools in your tool belt  to start living authentically to who you want to be! I will be having amazing guests that have so much knowledge to share.  I am excited for this new chapter of the podcast and I know that you will find value in each episode!
