With more energy, you can enjoy playing games with your kids, pushing through those last few work hours in a better mood and you can be more awake and alert, for your safety and for those around you to get to enjoy being with you when you’re at your best
o Secondly, working out will increase your confidence. And with more confidence, you will be more successful in life. A confident person, is someone others look up to, someone that others can rely on and grow through. You’ll be more successful at work and whatever it is that you work on.
o Finally, working out will help you to live a longer life. It will make you stronger, healthier, and happier. You’ll be able to enjoy life for longer, instead of becoming bedridden and unable to walk, eliminating some of life's many joys.
