Third Eye Science

#81: Acknowledge and express your creativity

Listen Later

Being a "creative" person doesn't just mean that you practice traditional arts like a painter, musician, dancer, or other artists. We are all creators. Creativity is a critical part of our lives. We create throughout our days, through our family, cooking, gardening, our work, and so many more activities—even with our thoughts. At times you may not feel very creative or energized, but when you do, it's important to engage with your creative outlets and let it flow. This process not only helps you connect with yourself and the world, it also fuels the fire for more creations. In this episode, I invite you to connect with the creator in you, express this energy though whatever medium feels most elevated, and see what happens when you embrace your creativity!
